Background

Bord Bia officially launched its Spirit of Ireland drinks campaign in Nigeria and Senegal.

As part of the Irish government’s second trade mission to West Africa, Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board responsible for promoting Irish food and drinks, officially launched its Spirit of Ireland drinks campaign in Nigeria and Senegal. Our communication objectives were as follows:

  • Enhance Irish food and drinks exports.
  • Foster deeper connections between the Irish government and the visited countries.
  • Drive and increase awareness for the Spirit of Ireland campaign.

  • Oversaw media amplification for the trade mission visit to Senegal.

  • Managed television coverage on a flagship broadcast station in Nigeria.

  • Set up event venue for the Spirit of Ireland event.
